Key sensitivity

PocketPiano has from 8 to 12 levels of sensitivity so you can play a wide range of key intensities, from a pianissimo to a fortissimo.

Do I have to assemble the whole piano for it to work?

You can connect only the octaves you need to the control module.

Can the octaves be interchanged?

Yes, it doesn’t matter what order you put them in because they are sorted  automatically.

Does it have a Mini Jack output?

With PocketPiano a male-to-male Mini Jack cable is included in the pack to make it easy for you to connect to external amplifiers or speakers.

How many hours does the battery last?

The battery lasts more than 4h on a full charge.

How long does it take to charge?

It only takes 1.5 hours to fully charge.

Do I have to charge the battery of all octaves?

You only need to charge the controller module.

Is the key the same height as a traditional piano?

The key’s height is slightly shorter, given that it is a more compact piano so you can  transport it and play it anywhere.

Can I connect it with my DAW software?

Yes, PocketPiano is compatible with the majority of DAW software.

Can I change the sound of my PocketPiano?

Yes. The sound is controlled from your smartphone or tablet through your favorite DAW app. For an optimal experience, we recommend the use of GarageBand.

If one of the pieces breaks, should I change the entire piano?

If one of the modules fails, you only need to replace that module to fix the problem.
